Vista loading time got longer

Vista Pro
Hi
My triple boot machine takes now 1 minute and 45 sec to load ( time taken when I see green lading bar until it displays log in profiles) Computer specs are provided
Prior to last night it used to take 45 sec.
Now last night I have installed this Usage Agent and loading time has gone up after a reboot. Immediately I have uninstalled it but loading time has not changed. it stayed the same.
Trying to rectify the problem just last night I optioned to install SP2, it has been sitting in my windows update for almost 2 months.
I was wondering if anyone can have a look at the usage meter and maybe advice me as to why would loading time gone up, or if there are any registry keys or hidden files that must be deleted.
I have tried system restore and got the same result.
I think there are some files that would cause this but I don't know how and what to look for.

Thanks

This won't help the current situation, but for the future consider this:

ERUNT and NTREGOPT

By the way that roo in your Avatar is mesmerizing.

I have downloaded both but will not use them until I rectify this issue if possible

the more I am looking into it more I am incline to live with it.... Pity there are no programs that will tell, honest ones rather then promotional ones, what issue one may have with loading and where they are.
There are no errors of any kind in my Event Viewer and no viruses or spyware on my machine.
It may fix itself but I am not counting on it

A closing comment:

I like ERUNT.

For myself, I wouldn't use NTREGOPT or any other registry repair/optimizer on
a maintenance or tweaking basis, but would definitely use it as a last measure
to avoid having to do a reinstall.
