Windows 7 TaskBar into Vista SP2

I have tried out Windows7, and besides all of the speed improvemnts(which arent that noticable on my laptop, which runs vista 64-Bit perfectly) I have decided that what i mostly like about W7 is the taskbar, and also the Theme

Is their any-way to get like an EXACT version of the W7 taskbar and also a theme for it? And *can* anyone tell me how to use Vista Glazz? :D Im veery confused by it ^^

I have already "Iconized" my taskbar, by going into my reg making a new value, that works fine. But i could use help with the rest. Thanks Everyone

Well, thanks SIW2, thats a very close looking taskbar as far as i've seen. Ill try that sdbar out! But as for iconizing my taskbar(it shows only the icons instead of that long rectangle of the icon+the website name ] It looks kinda like this picture: Windows 7 Taskbar Iconizer by ~Solo-Dev on deviantART , in that picture that guy used a utility though, u can use that one if u want :P

But Here is how i did it:
1. Type RegEdit in the search box, accept the UAC.
2.Go to this key ---> HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics
3. In right-hand side make a new value, name it MinWidth
4. Set the value to -255 or -275, but keep it between -255 and -300
5. Just Log-Off or Restart Yur computer :P
