I've recently had to reformat my entire hard drive due to numerous problems. When I tried to reinstall Vista with recovery CD's I kept running into problems and it kept bringing up StartUpRepair and the same old errors. After doing Reformatting the hard drive four times after not finding the solution on Google I searched the forums here. Here is the problem signature.
