Windows Vista 64 Bit Service Exception Error 0x0000003B

I have the same Service Exception Error 0x0000003B. It's driving me nuts. I went from Vista 32 bit which worked perfect on my machine and then decided to do a clean install with Vista 64 Bit Home Premium with Service Pack 2 and it isn't working right at all. It installs fine and then once I log on to windows within 5 minutes the blue screen comes up. I had four dual channel memory sticks installed totalling 8 GBS. I was told to remove two sticks and try to do a clean install. Still same error. I have tried to install it five times with the same problem. Does anyone know what to do?

Here is my system info:

No not at all. I try not to mess with that stuff. In bios I have all that disabled. My motherboard does give me the option to overclock but I don't do it.

run memtest, Memtest86 - Download Page download the ISO and write to disk, see if any of your ram is faulty.
If nothing is wrong go to MSI and download the latest Driver updates and Bios updates for your motherboard, your computer might not be liking the new hardware and needs a revival to get used to it

go to the first one mate, save the file, unzip it. there will be a memtest86.ISO file or something similar. I need you to burn this to a blank cd, and put it into your computer and restart your computer. Im guessing you have a cd burner and im hoping that you have a blank disk. if not go here, its from microsoft and not as good as memtest, but it still works the same, I dont think you need a disk for this one (i cant remember)
but before you do all this, go to your motherboard manufacturer website here:
http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=bios&maincat_no=1&prod_no=1552
download everything (im on the specific page for your motherboard) the utilities, the drivers, the bios and update to the max. If all that doesnt work THEN run the memtest

I found an update to the Bios currently I'm running 1.20 and there is an update to 1.70. It says to make a boot disc from a floppy drive. I don't have a floppy drive installed. Would I be able to make it on a Cdr? Sorry for all the questions. I appreciate your help.

definitely, as he said, burn as image. It will look wierd, as you probably havent done anything like this before (and make sure all the files are unzipped if it is zipped before you burn to image)
