It no longer crash's when i try to view video files in folders but when i try to convert files rundll still crashs? Please help!!

Does it crash (blue screen followed by reboot) or just hand forcing you to reboot? You can un-install the video app there are 3rd party apps that w ill nuke anything, but. You might want to do a little investigating first. If you do get blue screens a dump file of what is going on is created in c:\winodws\minidump. Couold you check there and if there is a file with *.dmp as an extension, zip it and u pload it for us to debug.
If you are not getting blue screens but getting hangs there should be a log of it in event viewer (type event viewer in search) go to the windows log>application tab and look for anything with a red stop sign (indicates an error). If there are errors could you use the snipping tool to take a snapshot of the errors and upload them for us.
With these two things we can tell if the system which exists now can be salvaged, or if you should be doing a clean re-install.
