    System Restore

    I started my computer and a Blank screen Showing only the cursor worked, I read an article that someone had posted and followed the instructions to the system restore, but when it asked me for the username and password i typed in my password but it wouldn't accept it. HELP.

    Try rebooting in safe mode. If you still have a problem there is a hidden admin account that can be turned on.

    hi i tried the system restore it said that no previous points have been saved, to create one open System portection, i clicked system protection and it said that it wasnt an option because i'm running on limited diagnostics. What do i do now?
