OK... So me asking for help... :o

Anyway, there was problem with Windows Explorer today, so I had to "restart" it. But when I clicked restart, Windows Explorer dissapeared, and didn't reappear! What the heck is happening? When I type explorer.exe in command prompt, nothing happens!

What is happening? What is happening?!
