This isn't really a cry for help - just curious why it locks, and if it can be changed.

- If I turn on screensaver, and choose 'On resume, display logon screen'
- If I turn it off again, it locks my computer after the time set in screensaver. Even though it's turned off.

I remember there was an issue with the screen saver on Vista - for some reason it locks even if you 'turn off' the screen saver. Before turning it off, just set the timer to 60 minutes, or 120, whatever you need to keep your computer awake. It's not quite a solution, but it's a workaround.

Yeah, that's what I have mine set to now. Thanks for the answer :)

You could also take a look at adjusting the advanced power options for the current power plan you are using.
