internet explorer script?

every once in a while my computer will pop up a window along the lines of: "internet explorer script error, do you want to keep running this script?" i have no idea what its deal is, but it tabbs my games and is very irritating, im afraid i cant give any more details about it. it just happens randomly. anyway to solve this?
