I found out I had this horrible code 19 error, when I plugged in my memory stick and nothing happened.
I tried the following -
1. Deleting the driver and scan for new hardware/restarting the pc. When restarted, windows tries to install drivers and then i get "error installing driver, plz contact device manufacturer"
2. uninstalling the driver and restarting. same error message as above
3. Tried to change the registry entry, but did not find lowerfilters or upperfilters
4. Did a system restore to a point 4 days ago when I installed vista sp2. No use.
5. Did a safemode start and started with 'last known good configuration'
As you can see nothing helped. Any suggestions?
