Vista - Windows Image Acquisition Service

fieseler Vista Ultimate SP1 x64 456 posts	Windows Image Acquisition Service What does this service actually do in regards to using a digital camera with my pc. It still works regardless of whether this service is on or off. Is there some other function it provides regarding digital cameras?
