APPDATA repair

When trying to install software and other programs in the last few days, APPDATA% error comes up..how do I fix this?
Bout an hour ago, I tried to install software and drivers for a Hp all in one printer and the APPDATA popped up again. Help.:cry:

Most likely permissions are incorrect.

1 Navigate to C:\Users\Your Account Name.
2 Click the Tools menu (below the navigation bar) and select Folder Options.
3 In the View tab check Show hidden files and folders.
4 The AppData folder should now be visible. Right click it and hit Properties.
5 Go to the Security tab allow everything for all users under the Permissions pane.
