New to watercooling

Hello, I'm new to the watercooling aspect of computers, and would like to start. I'm trying to find the best deal possible while spending the least amount of money. I was looking around on newegg.com and saw this:

Newegg.com - Swiftech H20-220 Compact CPU Water Cooling Kit - Water Cooling

Swiftech Compact Water Cooling Kit, only $140. Based on some of the reviews, it looks like a good product.

Can anybody give me some tips/point me in the right direction to start watercooling? What do I need to know before purchasing watercooling parts, etc? Any and all information would be appreciated.

Set one up for a friend couple of months ago. Personally I'd stay away from the "all in one" CPU block thing, and get a seperate CPU block + reservoir, will have to spend a bit extra, but will be worth it with a proper, more powerful pump.
