Vista - Microsoft Visual C +++ Runtime Library Error

hello, im getting an error everytime my PC starts up,

it says Microsoft Visual C +++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error

Program: C:/Prog (for somereason it wont show me wat file)

This Application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way
Please contact the application support team for more imformation.

I've found the file thats produceing the error, its Snapfish Media Director. ive no idea wat that program dose, but i think it effect my media player, because ever since this has started, my media player isnt getting any of my music files out of the Music folder like its supposed to, instead my media libray is empty and i have to go to the Music folder to and add to my playist just to listen to them. and when i try to set my media player to play music files from that folder it dosent do what i tell it (as in i add the folder to read from and it just dosent input what i told it to do). so what to do?

If you have an HP computer and if you have the PictureMover application, try this:

1. Click 'Start', then 'Control Panel.' If you don't see 'Control Panel' in your 'Start' menu, click 'Settings' and you should find it.
2. Click 'Add or Remove Programs'.
3. Locate Snapfish PictureMover and select it so that it's highlighted.
Then click 'Change' - this will start the install program.
4. Click on Next then select 'Uninstall' and follow the directions to remove the program.

As a second option, you can try re-installing the PictureMover application - if a file was inadvertently deleted. Good luck!

thank you but the program giveing me problems is Snapfish Media Derector not Picture Mover. unless your talking about something els however related.
