By any chance are you using the 64-bit browser? This is not compatible with Adobe Flash plug-ins.

Try this method. Click on this link and then follow the instructions below (only works when accessed from a 32-bit browser).

Adobe - Adobe Flash Player

If you don't want the Google Toolbar then uncheck the box. Next, click on Agree and install now. You should see a warning appear about installing Adobe DLM under the address bar. Click on the X to dismiss it. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link click here to download. Use the option to save the download to your HDD and then run the installer from there.

This is the method that I use, and I've not received this pop-up. Just out of curiosity, what sites are you getting this pop-up on?

You have a 32-bit OS, so you won't have a 64-bit browser. However, to determine click on the drop-down arrow next to the ? as shown below.

Click on About Internet Explorer.

If you are running 64-bit, it will be indicated as shown above.

Dear Dwarf, I tried your suggetion:
Try this method. Click on this link and then follow the instructions below (only works when accessed from a 32-bit browser).

Adobe - Adobe Flash Player

The results are NEGATIVE. After I run the program it doesnot go all the way (according to Adobe's pictures. Then the pop-up keep coming.
Thanks.
