Windows Transfer Wizard.

Hi,

Just a quick question, has anyone used Win trans wiz? I am thinking I need to upgrade to Win 7 asap as I have never manager to get the wireless driver working without long latency issues. I am thinking I should use the transfer wiz to keep my emails etc etc. Does this work or do I need to make sure I do a secure backup of everything first?
Obviously a full backup would take all the crap I do not want but I am a subscribed to full backups as they are the way forward but this time I do not want to take any vista bits out and move them accross.
