My start button has stopped working. I can't get to any programs on the start menu. Only way to get to them is through My Computer. Any ideas on how to get it working again?

From an administrator command prompt run the following:
SFC /scannow
That may work, or examine log file and find any bad files. Replace with files from another pc.

find the cmd prompt, right click, run as administrator
