Windows Vista Startup ERROR, PROFESSIONALS NEEDED

Sorry, but i dont know the specs of my pc

I turn on the pc, and it comes to a black screen. The Screen looks like this...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows Error Recovery
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disk and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer"

Other options:
If power was interrupted during startup, choose Start Windows Normally.
(Use the arrow keys to highlight your choice.)

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last Known Good Configuration (advanced)
Start Windows Normally
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enter = Choose
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay so i first tried " Other options " , ive tried like all of them. and this happens every time.

It comes to the loading sign, then , i get a quik blue screen with loads of letters on it (too fast to read, like a split second). Then RESTARTS....
Ive tried this so many times, it does the same thing.

Then i decided, to try Option 1-3.

I boot from cd, and click repair.

Now, i come to this....

Except for me.... it doesnt show any operation system. And i do not know how to load drivers? can anyone help me?.

.....

Also, if i click next.
This comes up.

.... ive tried all of then, they all dont work. (im guessing this is because i havnt picked a operating system yet)

My pc has alot of important stuff on it, is there anyway i can fix this without formatting it?
Any help would be apreciated, Please help asap, this pc is newly bought this year. (it has been custom built by the way)
