Solved Administrator confusion

Hi there, I did something today while searching for my Windows Installer. I went to go into Programs and Features and got the following message:
  • System Administer has disabled Program Features.
There is no listing of any of my programs!! I don't recall disableing anything. I have a bit of a time understanding the administrative Account/User Acounts/Parent to the Administrator account/ elevated user accounts. Right now I have one account and it is my administrator account with a protected password. So far I have no other user accounts becuase I am confused. I have never got this message before today. I have been able to access all my programs with the admin account I use. I have been trying to solve Vista issues all day and now I turn it over to a higher power. Please help-thx

Hi Brink, I was not having any luck in the register so I did a System Resore and it all worked out. So thanks though, maybe it wouldn't work the other way due to the Installer not working. Thansk so much.
