Hi,

I am new to his Forum. I've resently formated Vista on my laptop.
Now, I am unable to play DVD's on my laptop.
Not getting any error, just that it's not reading the DVD.
Kindly help.

Hi Tauran and welcome to vistax64. Please fill out your system info, let us know the make and model of your computer.

You cannot see the DVD at all? Or you can see it, but can view any files? Or just can play videos?

hi and welcome to vistax64

You probably need a driver for it. you can verify by going into your device manager (type device manager in search) go to the dvd and see if there is a yellow triangle on it. if there is or its not there then it needs a driver. You can download it from the computer makers webs site.

Hope this helps

Ken
