Vista doesn't boot with a disk in the DVD drive?

I just put a new rig together and installed and updated Vista up to SP2. About every other time I start Vista will not load when there is any disk in the DVD drive. When I hit eject on the drive it boots up. I like to leave games I am currently playing in the drive so this is kind of annoying.
Right after this screen the DVD drives start spinning/ reading, the screen stays blank and Vista does not boot.

It sounds like you have your BIOS set up to boot from the DVD drive first, go into the BIOS and change the boot order to the Hard drive as #1 then the DVD drive as #2

Since you just installed Vista, I'm almost 100% sure your BIOS is set for DVD 1st then hard drive. Change it, and it should boot into Vista right away instead of looking at the DVD drive
Should fix it.

You need to change your boot up selection in bios. Pick Hard Drive first...

** EDIT ** Oops, like Crucial said...
