Windows Script Host error (Eventlog online)

New problem: When I use the Event Log Online link to check errors in Event log, I get something along the lines of the dialog below.

Recent changes : upgrade to Opera 10 (default browser)
Windows Update(?) WSH recently

At a loss for what I need to to do to fix.


Edit: Discovered that links for Win Help and Win Update/Fix info also do not work. No WSH errors -- just nothing.

Found answer for error 80070483 (see dialog above, after freakin' ads). It was a Default Program setting problem. Fixed default for Opera in admin acct. *Why* it happened when other updates did not trigger this is outside my explanation.
