vista service errors

To the Vista forum members,
sorry lol for my english writing...

I have been severly suffering form the below threats
I have vista black edition for home users.

Every since when i try to right click on my computer and select manage as well as properties i get such type of errors.
-My control panels portion doesn't work.
-All my services have stop running.
- i cannot run a installer in such case as well.
-My sound driver also have stop functioning.





In such considerations, i wan't some help from you. So help in finding the fixing method and a good complimentary solution for this problm.

i tried it.
1.The beginning process was like this



2.Secondly this sort of display were shown.


3.I click on next of option 1 then such message displayed


then there is nothing what 's happening .
i don't know

Your problem sounds like my problem I had with explorer. Go into device manager:[start search > dev > choose device manager > accept the UAC prompt] under the sound tab what does it display?

my every services including control panel,regedit,gpedit.msc,msconfig etc all are affected

I am perplexed why a search for "pws-chalex" would only result in 617 hits.
"hacktrack 1.0" - 739 hits
"win32/spy.aimspy.a" - 837 hits
and so on... with none of the major virus or malware programs reporting on this.

The problem for me wasn't a virus. It was an incompatible sound driver. But in your case it seems to be malicious software.

If your machine is up to date this should be installed. Go to start search > type mrt.exe > hit enter > select full scan then let it run.

hinstera, that online virus detector was a fake. it does that so it can give you viruses instead of fixing the so called trojans that were in your computer. (there were actually no trojans in your computer at all until you visited that site)

If nothing installs or uninstalls I would definitely suggest downloading ubuntu, burning it, then boot from it to backup all of your files. Then I would do a system restore back to factory specs.
