Some Start Items Cannot Be Displayed

    Some Start Items Cannot Be Displayed

    Everytime I click on the start menu,a popup appears and says: some start items cannot be displayed.Is there anyway I can remove this annoying popup for good! thank you.

    It means that you have more items in the start menu list than the list is set to display. Right click on the start orb and select properties. Then select customize and change the number of items to display to a higher number.

    Ok, I did that. I set it to 30, but the message still appears?

    I still want my ballons in the system tray, only this start menu is annoying..

    Odd, I have 9 in there now...

    About how many programs are you looking to put there? Or to display I should say.

    Maybe cancel the option of remembering. Then add in the programs that you want pinned to the start menu.
