Hi
Vista Home Premium SP2
I get error message “Out of scan range 92.8 Khz/58Hz” when trying to access Safe mode (F8 key)
Nvidia 7300LE Graphics card (Latest Drivers installed)
Monitor refresh rate set to lowest 60 Hertz.
Same problem even if I change resolution to lowest 600x800 (& then try Safe mode)
Same problem if I use another monitor, 19" Sony SDM-S95A, & a 15" Taxan 680 TC099-S
If I uninstall drivers (device manager) I get error message “Out of scan range 92.8 Khz/58Hz”. Which means I have to restart the machine, but that means I get the same error message when it restarts (safe mode or normal)? So have to use Acronis Bootable rescue media to restore backup image.
Have tried using integrated graphics display (Motherboard), same error message.
Would appreciate any help with this.
Thanks
