[Help]I can't log into my computer in all ways!

I can't log into my computer by normal mode,safe mode and safe mode with network.This started when i log into my computer and start a game and attempt to connect to my BroadBand connection.While connecting, my Local Area Network is undentified so i restart my computer and i can't log in till now.

Can anyone help me without reformating my Hard Disk?

try booting into safe mode by hitting F8 repeatedly when booting.

let us know what happens

Still same stuck on the Loading Windows Files screen with a Please Wait...
It didn't log me into safe mode too.
After awhile my laptop will reboot again,again and again without logging me into it.(i mean auto reboot,after a period of time)

What is the DVD that you mean? Is it the Resource DVD?

so there is nothing in the dvd player, right?

What kind of network error are you getting?

No Error....
Just can't go into my laptop Desktop. T.T

The error that i get b4 this happens is :
My Laptop is unable to indentifiy my Local Area Network

I am playing my game(SimsCity 4)and click the connect to Sims.com(If you played b4 you will know),that all.
