I just turned my hp compaq computer on and all of a sudden a windows boot manager problem appeared saying this:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click ''Next.''
3. Click ''Repair your computer.''
I do not have this disc and it tells me to contact my system operator. I did do that but they did not pick up the phone. Under that it says:
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data.
Please help as much as you can.
