Dell Shipped Me 2 Operating System Discs

So I bought a Dell XPS M1530 laptop refurbished from Dell recently and I was looking for some discs recently and I noticed that I had 2 Operating System discs. One is called Reinstallation DVD Windows Vista Home Premium 32BIT SP1 (colored brown) while the other is called Reinstallation DVD Windows Vista Business 32BIT SP1 (colored blue). Both have the same information on it; i.e. both say that the software is already installed on the computer, bleh bleh. However when I go to Control Panel --> System it says that I have Windows Vista Home Premium.

I was just curious if by having the Business 32BIT SP1 Reinstallation DVD, does that mean I technically can install and use Windows Vista Business 32BIT on my computer (instead of Home Premium)?

Possibly that laptop was first shipped with Business and when it was refurbished they forgot to take those disks out when it was shipped with Home Premium. Or, it was on purpose, to speed up the process of shipping.

But technically you should be able to install Business from that disk, it has an image of Vista in it with the License key embedded in it.

Hm, should I switch from Home Premium to Business? I mostly use my computer for games, schoolwork, and the internet.
I looked at the Wiki page for a comparison on versions, but I was wondering if the Business edition runs more smoothly than Home Premium or something of that nature.

Business just has more features. You'll be just fine with Home Premium :)

You can access more features with Business, such as .msc control panels, but you lose Media Centre.
