My Jscript is not working...

I really wonder why my javascpript is not working properly. When i tried to install Adobe After Effects, a pop-up showed up and said that my Jscript is not registered properly.

Now, i dont know why its broken but even my windows media player does not open,my internet explorers javascript is broken as well. Anyone knows how to at least repair it? or even install it again?

uninstall java re-boot then install the new build

Open up the start menu type cmd and press ctrl+shift+enter at once. Have you installed the newest java?

Yes i downloaded it and installed it. But stil same problem occurs on my internet explorer, javascript broken..

it shows on the loading bar javascript;;; and it does not show the msn page if i want to check my hotmail, the page where u have to sign in. also wen i tried downloading my java a while ago, i used both chrome and IE. In chrome it directed me to the downloading page while in IE it goes blank

Try Firrfox with the no script add on and make sure javascript is enabled.

Have you run the sfc command?

If javasript doesn't work in IE or Chrome try Firefox or Opera.

If its IE ignore it. It should work in Windows 7 and Microsoft may release a Jscript patch for it. If it isn't affecting anything, leave it alone. Uninstalling any IE8 addons may also help with this situation.

Broken? Have you cleared your pc of viruses? Wait for 7 and clean install that in a week or so.
