Rundll.exe Error/Possible codec problem

I'm not positive but i think this problem started happening when i installed a video editing program called Studio 9, The install was kinda glitchy. And once installed when i tried to run it, it would just crash. So i went to try to uninstall it but it said something like "Error: can't run on this O/S". So i manually deleted the folder and all the files in it. But when ever i view certain types of video files in a folder, program, or anytime the file is accessed whatever is viewing it crash's and Rundll.exe crash's. It doesn't happen with all video files only a few. I'm not quite sure which ones because whenever i try to get to them it crashes. Rundll.exe always crash's when i use video editing programs too. Please help i've had this problem for over a month now.

I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate 32 Bit.

Does it say on the manufacturer website that the program is compatible with Vista?

Many programs add additional libraries (and codecks as well) directly in C:\Windows\System32 not to own folder thus still you have error messages.

To find this libraries:
Open event viewer navigate to Application section and find error messages which adressed to rundll.exe.Read them.If you won't have luck and in event viewer are not clarify information which one module cause your issue download tool InstalledCodeck InstalledCodec - Disable/enable codec drivers and DirectShow filters installed on your system and from this read all installed codeck and identify codecks from Studio 9.If you'll have any problem with identification create log using this tool and attache to post
