I can't do anything because it needs Administrator Privileges / UAC Confrimation. When I'm trying to delete it, I must accept it and it shows a grey screen for a moment, so I can't do anything.

You the only user? can you ask the admin?

Yes, I'm the only user and I'm the admin.
When I'm trying to delete this theme it shows me (65535) File Error. (It shows after every Admin Pirivileges Confrimation)
I also can't boot to Safe Mode.
