I tried to save a desktop background, it doesn't work, it says "access is denied. I have ownership of c:\Windows and c:\Users\(My Username). I also updated to sp2 (big mistake).
Can't save anything, "access is denied"

browse through to your username folder and click on 'desktop'.
if it says 'you don't currently have access to this file' and if you are administrator, click continue to gain ownership.
