Can you go into c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file (*.dmp) and upload it so we can debug it. If its not in minidump you can search *.dmp

(my private warning to method 3:In Vista you have to of course elevate cmd.exe before use "netsh" command)
remains methods (especially WWDC) from this are appriopriate only for older systems.
