Video and Sound Problems

I use DVD Flick to convert/burn .avi files to .dvd formats to watch on the DVD player on the ol' big screen. Video quality is great, but I am having a problem where the sounds go out of sync with the object producing the sound. What is causing this and what can I do or use to correct this issue?

I'm not sure, but it could be the program itself? Have you looked into other converters such as AVS Video Converter (I use this) or Total Video Converter? :)
