Cant find an exact answer for this, but does anyone know definitively if a 32bit program (say photoshop cs3 32bit) installed on a 64bit vista machine with 8gig of ram can access all of that ram? I was told 32bit apps are limited to the 4g of ram access even though they are installed on a 64bit os. I thought the opposite was true.
