How to change the location, left or right, of the tool tip or baloon tip that apeear when you point the mouse over a button?
I remember that I was asked to choose either right or left and cán't remember where to undo it.....

It happens cause I'm right handed for everything but when i use the notebook and cad i'm left hand on mouse and right hand on keyboard...wierd, huh?
