Resetting settings to default???

k IM A BONEHEAD I DID SOMETHING TO MY COMPUTER TO MAKE PERFORMANCE BTTER BUT NOW THUMBNAILS DONT SHOW A PREVIEW OF THE FILE AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD RTELL ME HOW TO CHANGE IT BACK???
