File Information

I know i've asked this before, but never got a real answer to it, WTF is this file that keeps appearing in ccleaner, i clear it out but it just continues to return, and sometimes when it shows it the end bit which i've asterisked changes please can someone give me a clear answer ! I'm totally :confused::confused: with it !
