Vista - Aero theme not working after the latest Update

Hello Guys,
I have a HP DV5 laptop with Vista Home Premium 32bit.

Daybefore yesterday I installed the latest Vista updates, after the restart I could n't load aero theme, now its on classic theme.
when I change the theme, I got a error msg, "The visual styles could not be applied".

Then I use restore function, but after restore I got another msg similar like " cant restore",

so today I connect windows help and support center and download an aero theme checking active x program, and it cant fix the problem.

what should I do to get my aero back?

It's possible that WU updated your video drivers and as a result you may need to re-run your WEI index score.

(WIN+Pause/Break > to see if the WEI needs to be re-run)

I updated the graphical card driver, but no use.
Where can I find WEI?

okay guys, its not only the theme problem, my whole system went wrong

i cant see photos thumnails in the folder, even i cant open in thru windows picture viewer,
i need to use any 3rd party applications for this,

why this is happened?

and why i cant restore ?

pls help me.
