Hello mestan07,
Don't delete them. They will help us identify the problem.
If you zip up your Minidump file we will take a look.

C: Windows > Minidump, take a look in this folder and zip the file, upload it with your next post.

Re: Windows has reecovered from an unexpected error -- HELP!!

Most of your problems seem to be caused by driver problems.
I would check that all drivers are up to date.
Also, some of the drivers are system driver, so a file check or a repair may help.
I have included two tutorials for you to have a look at.
I would carry out both, just to make sure.
Do you have, or have had, any Cisco software/hardware ?.
