Random program crashes and BSOD's

I just recently upgraded the CPU and mobo on my machine to an ASUS P5E Deluxe mobo and Intel Core 2 Quad 2.3GHz. After install of Vista Ultimate 64x I have been getting random program crashes and BSOD's with no explanation. I browsed Asus' website and saw that sometimes memory voltage can be the cause of system instability. I went into my bios and set the dram voltage to 2.1V, the required voltage by my OCZ Gold DDR2 1066 4G kit (OCZ2G10664GK). Doing this changed nothing so I figured my memory was incompatible with my mobo because it wasn't listed as compatible in the mobo's QVL. I downloaded memtest86 and tested my memory receiving errors when I manually set the voltage but none when the voltage was set to auto. I figured I would go out and buy memory on the compatability list just to confirm and tested receiving the same results in memtest86. I left the voltage on auto and ran my system with the new memory but to no avail. I am completely stumped as to what the problem could be so any help is appreciated.
This is the BSOD I have been receiving

Can you go into c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file (*.DMP) and upload it to us for debugging

Let us know if you need help with any of this

Unfortunately I can't atm because I just reformated to do a reinstall of windows. If I receive the BSOD again ill upload it. Though I don't think the reinstall helped, I was in the middle of installing drivers and things like host process and windows installer were crashing.

Sorry for double post but heres the dump files after 2 BSOD's just recently.

dont worry about the double post. I took a look at the dumps. they were identical and not particularly useful. They were probably caused by hardware.

In looking at the dumps I noticed that virtually all of the drivers were from jan. 2008.

Have you added any new hardware? are you overclocking? has anything changed?

This is the newest component involved in the crash.

I would start by upgrading all the drivers. BIOS, video, lan, etc
then I would run a system file check by:
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin> SFC /SCANNOW

let us know the results

Just got done running the scan, it wasn't able to finish a few times but when it finally completed it said there were no errors detected. After that I was browsing the bios again and noticed some power management options like C1E and CPU TM etc. I turned them off and I believe the system is more stable now, just doing some updating and testing if the problem has gone away.
