very slow & lagging

my browsing with vista is very slow & lagging no matter which browser i use IE or firefox.
please help it gets worse the longer i browse.

Try a virus scan or reformat then.
Personaly i think its a virus o.O or your internet provider

check on internet explorer for the security level.. check your anti virus and firewall setting.. if the security is too high it takes time to load webpages..
Upgrade your Network card driver. either go on device manager, check the version of the driver, right click and click on update driver when your pc is connected to the internet
Or download the driver.. if you are getting difficulty in finding the driver please post the details and the version you have..

Either try a new browser such as Google Chrome or Safari
or
Try use disk cleanup and disk defragmenter to clear up the junk on your computer

Try deleting your browser cookies and tell me what port your browsers are running threw. You might have to many programs running in the same port that can slow it down to.

Start using google chrome after.

P.S is the whole computer leggy or just the browsers?

    I have a kick ass moded computer that runs servers thats not the information i gave you at the top thats the computer i am using for everyday non normal needs
hey have you check your internet usage? are you actually over your limit? check with your internet provider can be your package if over.. or upgrade up package if you are an E surfer..
