Vista on VmWare - Licensing

[SOLVED] Vista on VmWare - Licensing

Hello, i would like to ask another question about licensing.

I've bought Laptop with preinstalled Vista Home Basic OEM. I know, that OEM license forbids to use this copy of Vista on other machines.
But does it allows me to use it on Virtual Machine instead of on my hard drive. (in fact virtual machine is an "other machine"). I would like to admitt, that i won't be using two copies of Vista, (one on the hard drive, and the other on virtual machine) but only one.

I asked about that, on other Windows-related forum, and the man, who answered me, told that license doesn't allow me to use it on virtual machine, but he wasn't sure.

I've found the answer.

License claims:

MICROSOFT WINDOWS VISTA HOME BASIC
ADDITIONAL LICENSE TERMS.
Vista Home Basic.
The following additional license terms apply to Microsoft Windows
[omitted text]
4. USE WITH VIRTUALIZATION TECHNOLOGIES. You may not use the software installed on the
licensed device within a virtual (or otherwise emulated) hardware system.

IMHO it is unfair.
