Could BSOD damage your internet's wire?

What topic says.
Today while i was surfing the net, suddenly BSOD and it was 0x00007 or something and after i went into windows again,i couldn't connect to internet, after 1 hour of trying,i gave up,and i changed my wire and it worked..
And i checked the minidump file it says its the http.sys,
So does BSOD damage your internet wire?or my wire was damaged and it caused the bsod?
Thanks.

Btw my BSOD problem is not solved yet =/,gotta take my computer to where i bought tomorrow.
