winlogon error [pls help me to fix this]

Every time i turn on my computer i got this error massage.. it drive me crazy. anyone can pls help me to fix this error. :(

click on "start" "run" type msconfig then on the startup tab or application tab try to find those details and tick the box to block that on start up..
