hi id like to see in vista what files load first is there a way?

It depends on how your system was setup, and how you want to load your file.
What is the file that you want to load? What does it do?

You could use the Startup Delay feature of WinPatrol or a dedicated startup delay utility. Just delay everything but the one you want to be first.
