Vista will not start after System Restore

Last night, I accidentally deleted a few things off of my desktop HP so, I used System Restore to fix the problem.
Afterwards the computer started up fine and everything seemed okay until after a couple moments the entire computer froze. It stayed like this for a few minutes, and I, thinking nothing of it turned off the power button and prepared to restart the computer. However when I turned it back on it stayed on the little green moving bar for almost thirty minutes and still will not load. I have tried everything.

Using the F8 button I attempted to try every single option on the list but to no avail. I am desperate for my computer to work again and I am at my wits end. Please, help me!

(Also, I have none of my original startup disks or restore disks seeing as I lost them when I moved.)

EEEK you interrupted your system restore  that freeze point was the system restoring its self
As stated by theog, you will need a recovery disc to repair windows or if this fails you will have to make a fresh install
