I use Desktop and Quick Launch toolbars. They were working fine but now when I run cursor over them, they show for about 1/2 second then disappear. Time showing is so brief that I can't use them. I am a relative novice.
I run current Norton 360 that has disk cleanup & registry cleanup. I also use the current Uniblue Power Suite with Registry cleaner/defrag, disk clean and a program to upgrade drivers. I don't know if these could have changed any settings to cause this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thx, Bob
