My computer missing hdd

I installed Vista Ultimate on new HDD to my computer and placed a previously used slave HDD from a Vista Ultimate OS. BIOS seems to list it and the drivers are set correctly. Also Disk Management has it listed but it is seen as DISK 1 Dynamic Foriegn. So my computer does not have it listed. What can I do?

Did you have anything on the drive that you still wanted to keep?

In Disk Management, what options do you have listed when you right click on Disk 1 Dynamic Foriegn? If you have a Import Foreign Disk option, then click on it and confirm to add it.
