Windows Explorer dll_unloaded crash

Hello,
I've been getting a few crashes now and then, nothing really botherable, but a bit annoying. I have been posting this question all around different forums looking for answers. I have yet to get one. But after talking to some guys at chris.pirillo.com and stuff, I was told never to delete DLLs from System32. The file that causes the crash is called korwbkr.dll_unloaded (I researched and it was some sort of Korean Wordbreaker). I found the regular DLL file in System32, and after reading a previous problem like I have, it said to delete the file. Should I delete it? Replace it? What do I do?
